Aegros Therapeutics

Aegros Therapeutics is a biomedical and pharmaceutical manufacturer expanding its international footprint into the Middle East and Asia. That growth demanded infrastructure that could support international offices, cleanroom manufacturing environments, and strict operational security, all at once.

The engagement

C4X delivered this in two phases. The first focused on cloud-enabling Aegros locally while preparing systems for international expansion, prioritising productivity and security from day one. The second phase moved Aegros to a modern management model: cloud-driven device management and application delivery across every desktop and laptop, reducing the need for MSP intervention and enabling new international offices to onboard staff quickly, with continuous policy delivery and simplified sign-on.

To balance performance, cost and control, C4X implemented a hybrid multi-cloud environment centred on AWS, managing domain controllers, backup servers, firewalls, application servers and SD-WAN controllers in the public cloud. The build also covered upgraded communications (Microsoft Teams video conferencing across multiple boardrooms), video surveillance and access control, and updated telephony integrating Teams calling with entry intercoms.

In Aegros' laboratory and cleanroom environments, C4X deployed PCs running Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC, prioritising long-term stability over frequent update cycles, critical where consistent performance matters more than having the newest build.

Outcome

Aegros now runs on infrastructure built for international scale from the start: local IT autonomy for new offices, centralised security and management, and cleanroom-grade endpoint stability where it counts. The result is a healthcare and biomedical IT environment built for growth rather than retrofitted for it.
